I've been glutenfree for less than a year now. And to be honest, it's not that hard, and it's not that bad. What is hard is going out to eat, and making cookies. Although it is possible. And I think there are techniques in gluten free baking that can make certain foods better than their glutenous counterparts.
So my goal with this blog is to provide not just gluten free recipes, but techniques as well. If you are going to cook something, then you should know the whys and the hows.
